Prodding the fate-revelations of the Moon-eye (Su) is not ineffective.
[word] the setting of the astrological-fate-powers is not ineffective.
Comment: This text is defending the use of astrology magic. The dark new moon god Su is the god associated with astrology-magic. Astrology-magic shifts and resets fate.

Comment: The original large text is promoting emotion magic by claiming it can do everything astrology magic can do. In contrast the commentary text is promoting astrology magic.

Hu did not irrigate the fate-owl's omens
Involving the Controller (Ayu) did not consider the scarcity of restrictions.
Involving the winds/spirits will did not foreshadow this pain.
Comment: This text shows a general disillusionment with the ancient Pagan rituals meant to preserve fertility of the land, all of which apparently failed to prevent a drought. The first 2 lines blame the life powers of Hu (sun and storm god) and Ayu (crescent moon goddess who edits the shape of the life network which directs the Hu's life powers to earth). The 3rd line blames divination magic for not predicting this drought.

For the priest-parents
Hu did not irrigate the fate-owls' reassignments from astrology-magic
Su will prod the boundary to take-a-piece of this disablement.
Not involving openings with the Goddess will affect the involvement of the harbor (life network).
The divine-emotion-powers for astrology-magic's winds-of-fate will channel the winds-of-fate from astrology-magic.
Restricting redirection will assign astrology-magic's redirecting to Su.
Dividing that will fate-curse the shepherd-priest's traditional-activity.
Comment: The priest parents are the priests involved with the life power class while the shepherd priests do astrology magic. While this text is promoting astrology-magic it is addressed to those antagonistic towards astrology magic.

astrology-magic.
Opening the boundary with shepherd-priests will veil the restrictions (of fate)
Su will pasture the plan-of-fate.
Comment: Su is the dark new moon god associated with astrology magic which shifts fate. Shepherd-priests are the priestly class which do astrology magic. The boundary is the sky-shell holding the life network which directs the life powers to earth. This text is saying that astrology magic will disable the commands of fate which is restricting the flow of life powers to earth.

LOGI
T
PETRI APV
STOLI
This was incorrectly claimed to a Latin phrase which translates into English as:
Lodging of Peter the apostle
The problem is that the word "logi" is the Latin root for "logic." "Logi" could be Old French "Loge" (hut, lodging) which dates to after 1100 and only arrived in Britain with the Normans. Then the "T" has to be ignored. Also Latin texts never split words (although they will use abbreviations if space is limited).
Based on the text, the sign at the top is the Druid Astrology-magic symbol deriving from the old style letter "T." It could be a Christian Chi-Ro symbol if the narrow arms are considered to be a part of the sign instead of the wide arms, but again, the text does not support that interpretation.
