  1. ADu Wa Ne'u Ku A Tu - Ḫu IKu Ya AKu ITu

  2. ṢaLu Ya Mu. E Su Ku A Qu Nu -

In English
  1. The Instigator (Su) can restrict the emotional-effects involving his astrology-magic-powers. - Hu cannot irrigate the fate-owl's omens.

  2. Don't fight the fertility-fluids. Disable Su's involvement with the life-thread revealers.

Comment: This text is stating that the dark new moon god Su associated with astrology magic can inhibit both emotion magic and the revelation/manifestation of the powers due to the flow of fertility-fluids. Hu is the sun and storm, life-power god representing the life network which directs the life powers.

Dictionary used: Latest Runic Akkadian dictionary

  1. [Ogham] Wa ŠeTu Ya

  2. IWu ŠeTu Ya

In English
  1. Restrictions don't weave-patterns.

  2. Redirections don't weave-patterns.

Comment: Weaving is a reference to the connections of the divine irrigation network which direct life powers to earth. This text is implying that using magic of any kind to affect the thread/channel connections will disrupt the patterns created by the life powers.
